Why Germany - Healthcare.

Germany has a structural caregiver shortage and a published skilled-migration route (Fachkräfteeinwanderungsgesetz). Candidates from India enter through a language plus vocational-recognition pathway. Entry is at the caregiver-assistant (Pflegehelfer) tier; recognition as a full nurse (Pflegefachkraft) is usually partial for Indian applicants and requires passing the Kenntnisprüfung or an adaptation period plus B2 German, which can take 6 to 24 months.
